Welcome to GCA PRODUCTS, INC.  GCA PRODUCTS has been associated with the powder compacting industry -- including pharmaceuticals, vitamins, confections, ceramics, nuclear, powdered metals, carbon, carbide, glass beads, and related industries that do compaction and/or encapsulation of powders -- for over twenty years. We were one of the pioneers in the replacement parts business, offering the alternative of purchasing high-quality parts at competitive prices, rather than going to the original equipment manufacturer.

 

We offer not only replacement parts, but punches, dies, manifolds, and slats for tablet counters. We also offer complete repair and rebuild services for any rotary tablet press, single station press, or encapsulating machine. We repair damaged turrets, and offer new replacement turrets.
